Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026

The OneDive B2B Platform exists to help dive shops, distributors, and manufacturers manage catalogs, pricing, and inventory more efficiently. We built it in good faith and we expect it to be used that way.

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do when using the Platform. It applies to all Customers and Users regardless of account tier. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account under Section 2.2 of the Terms of Service.

What You May Not Do

1. Unauthorized Access and Data Extraction

  • Access, collect, or extract catalog data, pricing data, or inventory records from accounts, tenants, or organizations that you are not explicitly authorized to access.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the Platform’s multi-tenant access controls, row-level security, or authentication mechanisms.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Platform at a volume or rate that exceeds normal use, or to build a competing product or dataset.
  • Access the Platform using another Customer’s or User’s credentials, or share your credentials with unauthorized parties.

2. Data and Catalog Integrity

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading product data, pricing information, or inventory records to the Platform.
  • Manipulate catalog records, price lists, or inventory data belonging to another organization — including manufacturers, distributors, or other dealers — without explicit authorization.
  • Introduce pricing data or catalog entries you do not have the right to upload or distribute.

3. Platform Security and Stability

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code to the Platform.
  • Conduct security or vulnerability testing, penetration testing, or stress testing against the Platform without prior written authorization from ONE DIVE, INC.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform or the networks and systems connected to it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, its infrastructure, or any data stored within it.

4. Misuse and Prohibited Activity

  • Use the Platform to develop, train, or otherwise build a competing product or service, including using catalog or pricing data as training data for machine learning models.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise grant third parties access to the Platform without Provider’s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in your MSA.
  • Impersonate another business, organization, or User on the Platform, or misrepresent your identity or account tier.
  • Use the Platform in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, including laws governing trade, pricing, data protection, and intellectual property.
  • Use the Platform to infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights — including uploading product catalog content, images, or descriptions to which you do not hold rights or a valid license.

5. Harassment and Conduct

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate ONE DIVE, INC. employees, contractors, or other users of the Platform.
  • Disparage or harm the reputation of ONE DIVE, INC. or the Platform through use of the Platform itself.

Enforcement

Accounts found to be in violation of this Policy are subject to immediate suspension or termination without prior notice, at ONE DIVE, INC.’s sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Customers before taking action, except where delay would cause further harm.

Where violations involve illegal activity, we may refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
